Our ambition to provide the best possible customer experience yields a new result. The Roxtec 3D CAD library for Intergraph Smart 3D has been expanded.
To aid designers around the world, Roxtec provides 3D CAD libraries for different CAD software. One of these is Intergraph Smart 3D, and as of now the Roxtec library is even more comprehensive and consistent thanks to several additions. Since the library is compatible both with SmartMarine 3D and SmartPlant 3D, the enhanced functionality and increased convenience will benefit many users.
Inclusion of product families
A key aspect of this update was to meet the needs of the power and process industries. Therefore, we have included essential product families:
- Roxtec GH transits – with frames that can be either cast or bolted onto a structure
- Roxtec HD transits – area efficient solutions for cabinets in hazardous environments
- Roxtec SPM™ seals – allowing metal pipes to be sealed when welding is not an option
- Roxtec SL PPS (with intended seal) – back-to-back solutions for plastic pipes
Expansion of product ranges
In addition, existing product ranges have been reviewed and expanded to ensure a state of relevance:
- New sizes of Roxtec SRC transits – reducing stress concentration in load bearing structures
- Roxtec SFHM product series – a bolted alternative for the traditional Roxtec SF transits
