Leading cable and pipe seal manufacturer Roxtec will showcase two of its latest industry-leading products at the largest data centre event in the world.

The Roxtec FlamePlus transit has been created to help meet the growing demand from data centres for smart and certified sealing solutions that help ensure safety and efficiency, both during construction and throughout the lifecycle of the facility.
And the Roxtec Software Suite is a set of interlinked digital cable and pipe transit management tools developed to simplify data centre design, construction and operational work - with everything from, drawings and certificates through to installation, quality checks and mandatory documentation.
The many benefits of the two products will be highlighted by the Roxtec team at Data Centre World, taking place from March 12-13 at Excel London.
Lightweight and fire rated - ideal for panels
Roxtec FlamePlus has been designed to meet the need for speed, simplicity, flexibility, and reliable protection. It offers a lightweight, fire rated solution for multiple cables and pipes.
It features a fire-rated plastic frame with a wide flange, suitable for exterior wall penetrations in insulated sandwich panels and also for concrete walls. Its lightweight modular design, including a pre-installed knock-out plate, provides IP protection as soon as it is installed in a wall opening.
There is no need for cable and cavity insulation to meet integrity and temperature ratings thanks to its extension frame with intumescent material attached to the back. The transit forms a complete fire-rated installation.
Roxtec FlamePlus is also a highly suitable solution when it comes to the construction of modular data centres. Installation is ergonomic, easy on the installer and perfect for retrofits.

With this transit we have developed, it has become easy to secure long-term safety.”
Ensure total control
Roxtec Software Suite’s online tools have been designed to save time, increase quality and optimize safety. The interlinked tools enable digitalization from design and installation through to documentation, maintenance and long-term quality control.
Roxtec Transit Designer allows hundreds of cable and pipe transits to be ‘designed in’ to a project in just a few minutes. It has been developed to simplify product selection as well as the entire process that surrounds cable and pipe transits.
Quality assurance and production management specialists can use the constantly updated Roxtec Transit Build tool to control and document cable and pipe seal installation quality and keep the latest information available for installers and surveyors.
And Roxtec Transit Operate is a complete registry management software. It keeps track of transits, from initial installations to recent upgrades with cables, pipes and equipment. With an up-to-date transit log and the inclusion of documents such as drawings, pictures, product data, installation instructions and certificates, it has been designed for owners and operators who want to guarantee a high safety level through the entire lifecycle of their asset.
