A new training course devised by CompEx and Roxtec which intends to ‘Train the Trainer’ and has been designed to facilitate the CompEx training centres to raise the level of competence and safety awareness has been delivered at JTL Tankersley.
John Kayes (Marine & Offshore Director) at Roxtec said "Roxtec in association with JT Limited deliver the first of two Installation and Supervisor training courses, attended by representatives from JT Limited, HOTA and Centrica. The training course has been designed to enable the CompEx training centres to raise the level of competence and safety awareness with regards to the cable and pipe transits using the proven CompEx model."
John Harris JT Limited CompEx Field Officer "In preparation for new legislation being introduced in 2019, JT Limited, CompEx and Roxtec have joined forces to ensure core competency of workers who install and maintain Multi Cable Transit seals. Currently at the 'Train the trainer' stage, a full course for those wishing to be certified in the installation and maintenance of Roxtec transit seals will be offered through CompEx Licensed centres in the New Year.
