Chief Process Officer Niels Ammundsen at OMT explains that the web-based application helps them track and follow the filling rate of each cable penetration in their navy ship design projects.
"We had 1,000 penetrations, strict margins and a requirement for 20 percent capacity for future installations. We used Roxtec Transit Designer to make sure we had enough space."
The OMT team estimates their time-savings to 80 percent.
